two thousand and ten

What shall I say? Happy Happy Happy New Year! Before I knew it, it was already January the 1st, 2010. And it is weird to see the year 2010 on my handphone because I was so used to 2009. Okay, that's random. Anyway, the year 2009 had been quite an interesting year. It was kind of an okay year for me and I thank God that my life was great last year. (cey, LAST year already when it is just yesterday.) Alhamdullilah.

New year resolution? Nah. I wouldn't want to have a list of resolutions as you know, it'll be dissappointing if you don't get to fulfill it. So, I'll just go with the flow. Anything comes, I'll try to face it. But one thing that I would want to see a change is that I would want to have more confidence in myself. I would also want to learn to be more independant because I am going to turn 17 this year, getting older to rely on my mama and papa.

Now with the admin job in hand, I hope to be able to at least help mama pay up some bills. Insya Allah, I will do okay. 10 hours in the office can be quite boring so I'll have to find ways to entertain myself. So I'm left with two days to really relax and just have fun before straining myself into paperwork and taking calls.

Alright. 2010. I hope 2010 will be a wonderful year for everyone. Start fresh and always be happy.
Have a good 1st of January 2010. (:

take me to a trip, I'd like to go someday

Hmm. It seems that Sezairi's victory of being the third Singapore Idol created alot of unhappiness. I am sure it is tough for him to accept all of this but what to do  When you become someone, people would either like or hate you. Haha.

I went for a job interview yesterday. Salary was catchy, job scope is quite okay, the place.. Like a haunted building. I left that place with a heavy heart. I did not feel good although the interviewer said I could start on 2nd January. I decided that I do not want it. I am afraid for my safety, especially when the place is so quiet and dark. Another opportunity lost, but for the better. I don't really care actually. I still want to enjoy, and be happy. Just make use of my holiday by doing things that I like and that makes me happy. Mum always tell me, "Life is short. Especially your teenage years. Live it to the fullest." I'll comply with that. (:

Well, I hope everyone is having the time of their lives. Just be happy and don't let things get into your way of making your day. ((:

futures made of virtual insanity

Probably one of the highlights of my holiday, Singapore Idol Grand Finale with Fadhli, his sister and her boyfriend. They had like 10 free tickets to the finals given by their neighbour. Before heading to Singapore Indoor Stadium, Fadhli asked me to meet them first at this wedding where they were deejaying. The crowd was surprisingly spontaneous. Around 30 of them coming up for karaoke session, and boy all of them can sing. Got to know they're related to Rahimah Rahim.

DJ Fad.

Alot, and I mean really ALOT, of makciks wanna karaoke.

After that, off to Singapore Indoor Stadium by cab cause we thought we couldn't make it if we were to take the MRT. Everything there was expensive. I mean, REALLY expensive. One makcik bought a bag of Lays, a Mentos and a Pocky for 10 bucks. PFFT. It was a very loooooonnnngggg queue to get in the stadium. And oh, saw Ms Sng. She's getting slimmer by day.

The stage.

The clappers.

At first, I was supporting Sylvia. But Sezairi blew me away with Virtual Insanity that got me insane singing and dancing in my seat, and shouting like nobody's business. He completely stole my heart with the last song, Touched by an Angel. Then I went melts melts everytime. But hey, I thought Sylvia's voice was over the top today. Her vocals was like, POOF or BOOM BOOM POW or something. Yeah, like that. -.-"
And then there was Charice. At first we were like kinda jeered abit because we do not know her. Then when she sang, me and Fad was holding on to our seats. She had the greatest, most near perfect voice I've ever heard. With the good sound system at the Stadium, we were nearly literally blown away. It's like she's saying, "HAHA. Laugh somemore? Take this! KAPOW!"
Okay okay, I gotta chill abit. The crazy atmoshphere at the stadium is still lingering inside of me.
WOOH. *inhale**exhale*

GAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH.*coversmouth*
OKAY STOP!

Congratulations to Sezairi Sezali for being Singapore's third Idol! Hidup Melayu!
Okay, I want to sleep already. If not I'll be dancing alone while everyone's asleep.

SEEEZZZAAAIIIRRRIIII!

SYLVIA RATONEL.

At the end of this song, we couldn't stop cheering.

And I made Ken Lim looked like an alien creature in this picture.

Happy, shalala. it's nice to be happy. (:

It seems that some people have gotten a job. (rezeki dorang eh?) Haha. Alhamdullilah. Good for them.
Takpe Khai. Insya Allah, our time will come. Hehehe.

Knowing the fact that January's coming, I become a little more lazy. It means 3 more months of holidays left.
And of course, as some people would say a nightmare, the results of our 'O' Levels examinations. Let's just leave the stomach-grumbling, nerve-wrecking, chill-down-your-spine moment when the time comes.

Currently, what I am looking forward to is 28th December, Lia's chalet, guitar with Khai and any sleepovers. I would also want to meet the people who I want to meet, who would want to meet me to meet them so we can meet and have fun. And talk. And share stories. And eat. And be happy. And just spend time. And watch a movie. And walk and walk. And skip and glide. And do the Miley Cyrus' Hoedown Showdown. (Okay, I don't know the real name of it. But I am joking bout that part.)

And one of them is a guy who wears thick, big specs (sometimes contacts), around 1.7m+ tall, carries his ipod and headphone everywhere he goes, always with either his suede/clyde/converse shoes, Dickies pants, with a little black sling bag with a Dickies sticker on it although it is Nike. If you see him do contact me.
:D

OKAY. ENJOY YOUR HOLIDAY AS IT IS STILL HERE. DON'T WORK!. (teehee)

you can't find peace till you find all the pieces

Girls at times have some confusing moments. Where they think it is when it is not.

I have to fight this one.

partymode

14th December was great. Although there were alot of complications we faced I was glad we managed to pull it off. The dancefloor was awesome, the food was nice and the people were all good-looking. Thumbs up. (:

Our delight for the night, Baby Rifdi. (:

The most messy part, sash-making.

They say, "Don't stop till you get enough"

I couldn't be bothered with my shawl and hair anymore.

My most favourite picture of Hawa. TEEHEE!

And last but not least, my dearest girlfriends. They're the best bunch of girls I've ever met. Sleepover at Irah's house was so much fun that every minute would be filled with so much jokes and laughter. Everyone was so much weirdly funny. I miss you girls so much already. (:

shamWOOHOO!

oh girls, they just wanna have fun.

OHH YEAHHH! Meeting my girlfriends tomorrow. I really can't wait! Been thinking bout them lately. Wooh.

Okay, I want to share a random fact. Did you know, that the toilet seat is the most cleanest place in the house. As experimented by the Mythbusters, the bacteria count found on the toilet is close to none! And and, our tongue may be dirtier than a dog's tongue. Okay, we don't wanna know about that.

Today, my sister collected the school textbooks. Nearly all the subject she took are the same as those I took. And looking at those crispy fresh books, I was tempted to study again. (I can imagine Suha saying "Loser" to me right now.) Oh well, I miss studying but not school.

Oh well. 2010 is coming.

uuu... my heart...uuu

Yesterday was great but it could have been better if more people could attend.  I guess the fever season has arrived. (musim demam = fever season? can lah.) Fad's house was like a karaoke lounge already. And I did ponder, wouldn't the neighbours mind? But from what I see, he has very nice neighbours. Okay actually I only saw one neighbour of his but the fact they didn't knock at his door to complain all the noise, I'll just take them as nice. -.-"

Well, was glad Suha was able to join us. Had a great time singing with her. Haha. There were some funny songs, some funny video clips, some funny off-tune singing, some funny background singing. And there were songs that made me think of those nice and bad moments. Kas had a hard time too. Nevertheless, I think they all can sing. Maybe they should open a band or something. Haha.

Went home late, only to find that the train service had ended. Had to cab home with Kas. He sure had a long journey to Jurong West. Overall, it was nice to meet them after a year. Okay, we met twice this year yet they are still as funny as ever. Well, I guess it'll be thrice for that upcoming overnight.

Prom is 6 days away. And I'm sure it is going to be wonderful. (:

You people have a good day.

Click clackety goes the heels.

Today had the prom paid. And Janiah looked like she needed a spa or something. She must be tired from all the organising and stuff. Haha. Have a rest, girl. Accompanied Afiq to his workplace and I think it is such a cool, cosy place. I also think that the new.. okay I can't remember the name.. chicken at KFC is nice. Really really nice. Had a wonderful day although we didn't do much. It was such a great time that it had me smiling all by myself sometimes. It has been a while since we go somewhere, huh? Okay, do excuse one cheesy moment. I love you, boyfriend. (: Hehehe.

TOMORROW! Meeting the NCO peeps at Fad's house. Can't wait! Heard gonna do some karaoke and sheesha. Woooh. Okay, cancel the sheesha part for me. Heheh.

Alright, I really gotta go wash up now. (:

Shear Genius.

Went for a haircut today. Supposedly having my hair cut yesterday but Khai wasn't able to make it. Again. Thrice. ): (I was sad you know) But nevermind. At the same time, it became a girl's day out for my siblings. You know, I think I've been missing out alot of quality time with my family. Since this holiday, I feel much closer to them. And I know I love them alot, more than anything.

I watched SpongeBob today and I found out something eerie about him. (Psst. I think he's gay.) One of the scene, there was this part..

Spongebob : Bye, Squirward! Bye, Mr Krabs! Bye, Squidward! (waving goodbye to them..)
Patrick: Hey! You said Squidward twice!
Spongebob: Oohh, I like Squidward. (: (raise his eyebrows)

Okay I know it is random. Pfft. (:

P.S : FLA ((:

Scissors, please.

Feeling rather excited for a haircut, I decided to do some research on what the different kind of hairstyles.
Well, I think by now we know that different kind of face shapes fit different kind of hairstyles.
Here's the website if any of you are interested in it.

Now I have a clear view of what hairstyle I want. Teehee. Can't wait.(:
